Yeah, it was a pretty rough time for women and girls. I noticed that any joke in the series was centered around difference. Anyone who wasn't a white heterosexual male was the butt of a joke, and it was all for cheap laughs.! What's worse is they weren't even clever! Always punching down. That repitition drilled it all into our brains.
