Fantastic piece, very well said. When I started working nearly ten years ago, I remember thinking "this can't be it, can it?" I tried so many different companies and they were all exploitive in unique ways. I was exhausted. Finally, I allowed myself to focus on what I love doing. Writing! It doesn't make me a lot of money, but it sure brings me joy and fulfillment. I'm so glad to be a part of this generation!
